This paper presents a clinical case of 39-year-old pregnant woman with respiratory signs the novel coronavirus Covid-19 infection. Chest MRI showed bilateral lesions in basal segments. The PCR test was positive. A lung condition assessed without loss significant diagnostic information. 本文报告介绍一例39岁孕妇临床表现为COVID-19呼吸体征的病例。胸部器官MRI显示双侧基底节病变。PCR检测结果阳性。在不丢失重要诊断信息的情况下对肺部状况进行评估。此外,非电离辐射使患者和胎儿避免大剂量辐射成为可能。本病例显示MRI在非电离辐射的情况下诊断肺病理,特别是在危险群体(儿童、孕妇等)。
