In this study, Q370qENH high-strength weathering bridge steel was used as the base material. The corrosion experiment in a marine atmosphere simulated by salt spray test, and outdoor atmospheric exposure electrochemical method test were carried out. behavior of studied using electron probe microanalysis (EPMA), field emission scanning microscopy (FE-SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), other surface testing techniques. results show that rate gradually decreases with increase content trace rare...
This study investigated the corrosion behavior and mechanism of offshore platform steel in a simulated marine atmospheric environment using electrochemical analysis, phase rust layer characterization. The findings demonstrate that addition trace amounts rare earth element Ce significantly enhances steel’s resistance effectively reduces rate. promotes enrichment Cr inner forms dense protective layer, thereby preventing from falling off, as well hindering penetration oxygen ions. Phase...
In this paper, FH460 special steel with rare earth element cerium (Ce) was selected, and the control group without Ce set up. By changing content of Ce, microstructure, phase transition point, mechanical properties test were observed to study effect trace on microstructure high-strength marine engineering steel. The morphology energy spectrum inclusions in three kinds steels by SEM, morphological changes after adding investigated. fracture analysis carried out combining tensile at room...
