The ratcheting strains of the straight and elbow piping under two kinds loads—pressurized symmetric cyclic bending pulsating pressure were analyzed based on Chaboche constitutive model. locations maximum strain determined. boundaries structures loads compared calculated by C-TDF method. For pressurized bending, allowable load increases from E90S to E90L same pressure. In higher range, have little difference which indicates that bend moment a bit effects boundary in range.

The corrosion process was analyzed for carbon steel when used in Ca(ClO) 2 hypochlorite Disinfection Solution. resistance of Ni-P electroless coating characterized by electrochemistry method. From the results, it shown that reaction can occur spontaneously according to caculation result. products existing on surface were loose and porous. main conpositions are about iron oxide.
