By comparing optical spectral results of both Sn-rich and Sn-poor Cu2ZnSnS4 (CZTS) with the previously calculated defect levels, we confirm that band-tail states in CZTS originate from high concentration 2CuZn + SnZn clusters, whereas deep-donor SnZn. In CZTS, absorption, reflectance, photocurrent (PC) spectra show shrink bandgap to only ∼1.34 eV, while photoluminescence (PL) PC consistently abundant CuZn donor produce a PL peak at ∼1.17 eV near 0.85 eV. contrast, shows neither shrinking nor...
Abstract Electrocatalytic nitrogen reduction reaction (NRR) represents a promising sustainable approach for NH 3 synthesis. However, the poor NRR performance of electrocatalysts is great challenge at this stage, mainly owing to their low activity and competitive hydrogen evolution (HER). Herein, 2D ferric covalent organic framework/MXene (COF‐Fe/MXene) nanosheets with controllable hydrophobic behaviors are successfully prepared via multiple‐in‐one synthetic strategy. The boosting...
A COF/CNT-based electrochemical aptasensor is constructed to detect atrazine with high sensitivity, good selectivity, fine repeatability and long-term stability.
SnSe thin films were deposited by a co-evaporation method with different film thicknesses and evaporation rates.
With the wide use of visual sensors in Internet Things (IoT) past decades, huge amounts images are captured people's daily lives, which poses challenges to traditional deep-learning-based image retrieval frameworks. Most such frameworks need a large amount annotated training data, expensive. Moreover, machines still lack human intelligence, as illustrated by fact that they pay less attention interesting regions humans generally focus on when searching for images. Hence, this paper proposes...
In this study, a highly stable air-operating ionic polymer–metal composite (IPMC) actuator with consecutive channels suitable for transportation of the cations and anions liquids was prepared by introducing removing copper foam. The electromechanical properties novel porous IPMC were investigated. Scanning electron microscopy observation showed that pores ranging in size from ∼100 nm to ∼50 μm distributed Nafion membrane. doped 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium thiocyanate liquid. A larger...
Ti-doped truncated octahedron LiTixMn2-xO4 nanocomposites were synthesized through a facile hydrothermal treatment and calcination process. By using spherical aberration-corrected scanning transmission electron microscopy (Cs-STEM), the effects of Ti-doping on structure evolution stability enhancement LiMn2O4 are revealed. It is found that octahedrons easily formed in Ti doping material. Structural characterizations reveal most Ti4+ ions composed into spinel to form more stable LiTixMn2−xO4...
In molecular dissociative ionization by electron collisions and attachment to molecule, the respective positively negatively charged fragments are important products. A compact ion velocity mapping apparatus is developed for angular distribution measurements of positive or negative produced in electron-molecule reactions. This consists a pulsed gun, set optic lenses, two-dimensional position detector including two pieces micro-channel plates, phosphor screen, charge-coupled-device camera...
Abstract Suicide rate is relatively high among Chinese rural elderly. While there has been some exciting work on reporting and preventing suicide community‐dwelling elderly, only a few published studies have addressed the issues of nursing homes in China. This study aimed to investigate relationship perceived social support, physical health, suicidal thoughts elderly living homes. It also examined moderating effects support path from health institutional investigated 205 participants aged 60...
Abstract Braille displays are a class of human–computer interaction electromechanical devices that display dynamic braille through an array actuators. However, existing actuators for suffer from issues such as bulky size, heavy weight, and small tactile displacement, leading to difficulties in improving their resolution readability. To address the above issues, we developed novel electroactive artificial muscle actuator applied it displays. The consists surface-structured PVC gel planar...
In this work, we printed a Nafion precursor membrane by fused deposition modeling (FDM) rapid prototyping technology and further fabricated IPMCs electroless plating. The ion-exchange capacity of the was tested, morphology observed. electro-mechanical properties under AC voltage inputs were studied, grasping experiments performed. results show that after hydrolysis has good ability water-holding capacity. SEM observed thickness IPMC's electrode layer about 400 nm, platinum tightly combined...
Abstract Inspired by gecko’s adhesive feet, a wheeled wall climbing robot is designed in this paper with the synchronized gears and belt system acting as wheels considering both motion efficiency capability. Adhesion of obtained bio-inspired material wrapping on outer surface wheels. A ducted fan mounted back supplies thrust force for to generate normal shear adhesion whilemoving vertical surfaces. Experimental verification flat was carried out. The stability effect structure design...
Stereodynamics of dissociative electron attachment to CO${}_{2}$ is investigated using O${}^{\ensuremath{-}}$ anion velocity imaging experiments. Here ${}^{2}\phantom{\rule{-0.16em}{0ex}}{\ensuremath{\Pi}}_{g}$ as a Feshbach resonant state CO${}_{2}$${}^{\ensuremath{-}}$ confirmed play role in the dissociation \ensuremath{\rightarrow} CO(${}^{1}\phantom{\rule{-0.16em}{0ex}}{\ensuremath{\Sigma}}^{+}$) + O${}^{\ensuremath{-}}$(${}^{2}\phantom{\rule{-0.16em}{0ex}}P$) around 8.0 eV. Video captioning can understand videos, provide decision-makers with user-friendly natural language narration, alleviate the gap between man and machine, promote human-machine interaction. Therefore, it has good application prospects in emergency response scenarios, such as aerial refueling assisted driving. However, there are two problems current video methods: 1) they mainly oriented to general domains, few studies on industrial applications; 2) methods only interact semantics of text from...
This study provides a facile and effective strategy to fabricate sulfonic SiO2 nanocolloid (HSO3-SiO2) doped perfluorosulfonic acid (PFSA) films with enhanced water uptake inner channel for high-performance cost-effective ionic exchange polymer metal composite (IPMC) actuators. A commercial precursor of mercaptopropyl trimethoxysilane was hydrolyzed form thiol functionalized nanocolloids (SH-SiO2, ∼25 nm in diameter), which were further oxidized into (HSO3-SiO2, ∼14 diameter). Both used as...
Dissociative electron attachment to carbon monoxide, ${e}^{\ensuremath{-}}$ $+$ CO \ensuremath{\rightarrow} C O${}^{\ensuremath{-}}$, at 9.5, 10.0, and 10.6 eV is investigated by using the anion velocity time-sliced map imaging technique. The completely backward scattering distributions of fast O${}^{\ensuremath{-}}$ fragment are observed 10.0 eV. single electron-molecule resonance model fails in interpretation these unusual angular distributions, while a quantum interference including two...
Electron capture at the carbon–fluorine σ* antibonding orbital accounts for vector correlations between fragments F− and CF3 or F CF3− in two complementary dissociation pathways after electron attachment to CF4. An orientation effect low-energy is observed by velocity mapping (see picture; C black, blue).
