OBJETIVO: Avaliar o efeito adjuvante da pregabalina em pacientes com síndrome do túnel carpo (STC), tratados cirurgicamente, analisando a dor pós-operatória e incidência complexa regional (SDCR). MÉTODOS: Foram selecionados acompanhamento ambulatorial, indicação de tratamento cirúrgico para STC, acompanhados ao longo 12 meses, divididos três grupos.
