Background. Nonobstructive azoospermia (NOA) is a complex disease characterized by the spermatogenic dysfunction of testicular tissues. The roles played long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) in NOA pathogenesis have not been extensively studied. Methods. Microarray assays were performed on samples biopsy tissue obtained from patients with for purpose identifying differentially expressed lncRNAs and messenger RNA (mRNA) transcripts, results verified quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction....
Objective: To investigate the mechanisms of lncRNA on occurrence and development NOA by constructing ceRNA regulation network lncRNA, miRNA mRNA. Methods: Samples adult human testis were obtained from patients OA with normal spermatogenesis (controls), recruited Reproductive Medicine Center Nanfang Hospital June 2017 to 2018. Differentially expressed lncRNAs mRNAs in testicular tissues identified microarray analysis previous association study. In this study, differentially mRNA used...
To explore a new method of in vitro culture and purification rat corpus cavernosum endothelial cells (CCECs). Male Sprague-Dawley rats' penile tissue were digested with elastase or collagenase combined mechanical extrusion to isolate the CCECs. The fixed-point digestion was used purify primary cells. High-purity CCECs successfully isolated. Following by coupled extrusion, paving stone- cobblestone-shaped over 10 days. cell purity yielded second generation (P2) after using significantly high....
