Lead tungstate nanoparticles (PbWO4 NPs) and PEG capped PbWO4 (PEG/PbWO4 were synthesized by co-precipitation technique. In this work, the radio frequency magnetron sputtering technique (RF sputtering) was utilized for deposition of Y2O3-doped zinc oxide (ZnO) thin films on a SiO2 substrate.
