目的: 探讨SiewertⅡ型食管胃结合部腺癌新辅助化疗前经内镜注射纳米碳标记肿瘤上界预切点及淋巴示踪的临床意义。 方法: 采用回顾性队列研究方法。分析2017年6月至2020年6月期间,河南省肿瘤医院接受新辅助化疗并行D(2)根治术的81例SiewertⅡ型食管胃结合部腺癌患者临床资料,根据新辅助化疗前是否在内镜下应用纳米碳淋巴示踪技术,将全组患者分为纳米碳示踪组(39例)和常规手术组(42例)。观察两组的手术情况、上切缘长度及淋巴结获取情况。 结果: 两组患者手术时间、术中出血量的差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。纳米碳示踪组食管上切缘长度长于常规手术组,差异有统计学意义[(3.8±0.5)cm比(2.8±0.5)cm,t=8.696,P 0.05)。 结论: SiewertⅡ型食管胃结合部腺癌新辅助化疗前经内镜注射纳米碳淋巴示踪剂标记肿瘤上界预切点及淋巴示踪安全、可行、有效。.
