This study focuses on the soft work life environment of airlines through examing relationships between life-benefits and turnover intention with SPSS 17.0. A total 528 employees from Air China, China Eastern Airlines, Shanghai Airlines Spring completed an questionnaire either online or by paper. The results suggest that work-life benefits has a significant negative relationship intentions service-oriented organizational citizenship mediated significantly.
