The study aimed to determine the relationship of municipal management with tourist resources province Piura. A quantitative approach, a non-experimental and correlational design was applied, having 160 collaborators. results threw through Spearman's Rho (RS) = 0.971 between both variables, indicating that as long there is an efficient management, optimal will be achieved based on dissemination positioning in area. It concluded very high significant variables under study.
This market study analyzes if there is demand for the opening of a tourism agency located in Piura, whose purpose to offer tourist services that satisfy needs and demands tourists locals. To achieve purpose, survey was carried out on 350 people results showed 87% choose hire every time they go trip, 81% purchase package, Finally, it agreed with specialists knowledgeable activity necessary provide an efficient service.
