When ultraviolet (UV) absorption spectroscopy technology is used for nitric oxide (NO) detection, the background noise will directly affect accuracy of concentration inversion, especially in low concentrations. Traditional processing methods attempt to eliminate noise, which damages spectrum characteristics. However, stochastic resonance (SR) can utilize extract a weak characteristic signal. This paper reports monostable (MSR) model an UV NO spectrum. By analyzing characteristics NO,...

To facilitate the biodegradation of diesel oil, an oil bacterial consortium was constructed. The alkane hydroxylase (alkB) gene Pseudomonas putida GPo1 constructed in a pCom8 expression vector, and pCom8-GPo1 alkB plasmid transformed into Escherichia coli DH5α. AlkB protein expressed by induction detected through SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. culture recombinant (pCom8-GPo1 alkB/E. DH5α) with increased degradation ratio at 24 h from 31% to 50%, facilitation rates were as proportion...

Some highly efficient diesel oil-degrading bacteria were isolated from bilge water. One strain C7 was identified as Pseudomonas sp. based on its 16S rDNA gene sequence as well various morphological, physiological and phylogenetic characteristics. The biodegradation potential characteristics of in conditions analyzed. GC-MS analysis showed that this could degrade most components oil, the degradation rate up to 75.9% after ten days incubation at optimal condition which included a temperature...

Dynamic performance of a water hydraulic piston pump with flat valves was analyzed. Its mathematic model established and influence factors were studied by simulation. The results show that reducing clearance volume, lighting spool quality increasing spring stiffness are favorable to promote the valve. In addition, higher vacuum degree too high rotational speed will make valve delay more seriously. Work pressure also has on opening valve.
