Lead sulfide colloidal quantum dots (PbS CQDs) show great potential in next-generation photovoltaics. However, their high specific surface area and complex crystallography lead to a trap density, which normally requires more than one type of capping ion or ligand achieve effective passivation. In this study, we performed situ mixed halogen passivation (MHP) during the direct synthesis semiconducting PbS CQD inks by using different halogens. The halogens can bind with throughout...

Abstract In recent years, single-pixel imaging, especially Fourier imaging (FSI) has received increasing attention, and weak-light is an important subject worth studying. A high-quality CCD-based digital camera can typically obtain image by collecting around 10 5 photons per pixel. However, how does this compare in it be improved? We built a high-precision FSI system to study the problem. Using system, we obtained clear images under weak light conditions of 400 pW cm −2 concluded that...

In this work, the resistive switching behaviors of ferroelectrictric BaTiO3/La0.67Sr0.33MnO3 heterostructures deposited by pulsed laser deposition are investigated. The BaTiO3 films show both well-established P—E hysteresis loops, and asymmetric reversible diode-like behaviors, involving no forming process. It is found that ON/OFF ratio stability substantially dependent on operation voltage (Vmax). At a Vmax 15 V, large resistance above 1000 obtained at which able to maintain up 70-switching...

SRAM-based computing-in-memory (CIM) is considered crucial to achieving high-energy efficiency (EF) for artificial-intelligence (AI) applications on edge devices. Researchers are currently exploring floating-point (FP) CIM [1], [2], as integer (INT) precision CIMs [3] –[6] no longer sufficient new AI applications, which demand increased accuracy, complexity, and on-chip training. However, both analog digital FP-CIMs face several significant challenges in realizing FP calculations, due...

This paper introduces a switchable filter with two operating modes, reflectionless bandpass (RBPF) and bandstop (RBSF). By turning PIN diodes loaded between microstrip lines ON or OFF states, filtering structure equipped absorptive circuit can be achieved. The measured 3-dB/10-dB fractional bandwidth (FBW) for RBPF/RBSF mode is 36.7% 13%, 10-dB (RBW) 61.9% 100%, respectively.
