According to the requirements of a DC motor speed control system, Dual-Closed-Loop Speed Regulator has been designed, with AT89C51 and TMS320LF2407A is MCU this regulator. The function sampling regulating motor, inputting displaying motor. hardware block diagram, program charts, part have introduced in paper.
