The double perovskite oxide PrBaFe2O5+δ has great potential as a cathode material for solid fuel cells (SOFCs). However, the electrochemical characteristics of Fe-based perovskites are relatively inferior. To improve its performance, Ca is investigated to partially replace Pr, forming Pr1–xCaxBaFe2O5+δ (PCBFx, x = 0.0–0.3) by an electrospinning technique. PCBFx nanofibers exhibited crystalline structure characterized orthorhombic symmetry and space group P4/mmm. Furthermore, these displayed...

Poly(vinylidene fluoride-trifluoroethylene-chlorofloroethylene) terpolymer films have been fabricated on Al-coated polyimide substrates using the Langmuir–Blodgett (LB) technology. The electrical properties of investigated from 150 to 350 K. temperature dielectric maximum and measured frequency obeys Vogel–Fulcher [J. Am. Ceram. Soc. 8, 339 (1925); Phys. Z. 22, 645 (1921)] law. electric tunabilities at room are 42.6% 80% under 50 240 MV/m, respectively. reasons for high tunability discussed...

The effect of nitrogen (N) doping on surface chemical composition and optical properties Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3 (BST) thin films have been investigated using x-ray photoemission spectroscopy (XPS) transmittance measurement. It was found that the induced Ti3+∕4+ states formed Ti–N bonds in BST films. With lower implantation energy, oxygen vacancies can be effectively eliminated because N dopants substitution. Unfortunately, possibly increased when enhance energy. In addition, N-doped indicated larger...

A pulsed muon facility (the so‐called EMuS) at the China Spallation Neutron Source (CSNS) has been studied since 2007. It aims for multidisciplinary applications but with a focus on those based spin rotation/relaxation/resonance techniques. As standalone facility, EMuS will take about 5% or 25 kW of total beam power (500 kW) from CSNS‐II accelerator complex. Two schemes have designed: baseline scheme is an inner conical target in graphite and superconducting solenoids capture transport pions...

ABSTRACT An innovative high oxygen-pressure processing (HOPP) was developed. By HOPP for 10 hours, the spin-eoated PZT 50/50 thin film successfully crystallized and highly (100) oriented obtained at temperature as low 400°C. This noval is compatible to ferroelectric integration with readout integrated chip. The by showed a well-saturated hysteresis loop an applied electric field of 367 kV/cm P r E c 45 C/cm2 121 kV/cm, respectively. large values result from leakage.

Poly(vinylidene fluoride-trifluoroethylene-chlorofloroethylene) films were fabricated by Langmuir-Blodgett method, and then further irradiated low energy electron irradiation with different dose. All samples have been investigated temperature dc electric-field dependences of dielectric response. It was found that both the non-irradiated exhibit diffuse phase transition relaxor-like characteristics. Besides, weak butterfly hysteresis still persists at room for P(VDF-TrFE-CFE) films. These...

Rechargeable nonaqueous Li-O 2 batteries are considered as one of the most promising energy storage systems due to their super-high theoretical density. However, some technical obstacles, such high overpotential and poor cycle stability, need be overcome urgently, so that it is possible make commercially viable. The key develop effective bifunctional cathode catalysts. Herein, Ni-doped TiO (Ni-TiO[Formula: see text] with microtubule structure was prepared by hydrothermal method used catalyst...
