Structures and ionization-induced solvation dynamics of phenol-(argon)n clusters, PhOH-Arn (n ≤ 5), were studied by using a variety isomer-selective photoionization vibrational spectroscopic techniques. 〔目的〕虚弱高齢者の生活空間と身体機能が転倒に与える影響について検討することである.〔対象〕主たる移動手段が歩行である要支援者24名,要介護者25名とした.〔方法〕対象者の過去1年以内の転倒歴に対する,生活空間の広さ(life-space assessment, LSA),歩行速度,Timed Up and Go test (TUG),握力,Barthel indexの影響を,ロジスティック回帰分析を用い分析した.〔結果〕虚弱高齢者の転倒にはLSA とTUG が関連することが示され,TUG所要時間が長いほど,生活空間が広いほど転倒リスクが有意に高かった.〔結語〕虚弱高齢者の転倒リスクを把握するためには身体機能に加え,生活空間を把握することが必要である.
