Solar absorption spectra recorded over a 24‐year time span have been analyzed to retrieve average free tropospheric mixing ratios of carbonyl sulfide (OCS). The measurements were with the Fourier transform spectrometer located in U.S. National Observatory McMath solar telescope facility on Kitt Peak (altitude 2.09 km, lat. 31.9°N, long. 111.6°W), southwest Tucson, Arizona, and obtained 167 days between May 1978 February 2002, typically at 0.01‐cm −1 spectral resolution. A best fit series...

Long‐term time series of hydrogen chloride (HCl) and chlorine nitrate (ClONO 2 ) total column abundances has been retrieved from high spectral resolution ground‐based solar absorption spectra recorded with infrared Fourier transform spectrometers at nine NDSC (Network for the Detection Stratospheric Change) sites in both Northern Southern Hemispheres. The data sets span up to 24 years most extend until end 2001. Cl y (defined here as sum HCl ClONO columns) three locations longest time‐span...

Infrared solar spectra recorded between July 1991 to March 1992 and November 2002 with the Fourier transform spectrometer on Kitt Peak (31.9°N latitude, 111.6°W longitude, 2.09 km altitude) have been analyzed retrieve stratospheric columns of HNO 3 , NO, NO 2 . The measurements cover a decade time span following June Mount Pinatubo volcanic eruption were typically at 0.01 cm −1 spectral resolution. measured column shows 20% decline from 9.16 × 10 15 molecules −2 first observation in 7.40...

The long‐term stratospheric carbon tetrafluoride (CF 4 ) increase has been determined from infrared high spectral resolution solar occultation Fourier transform spectrometer measurements between 3 and 50 hPa (∼20 to 40 km altitude) latitudes 50°N 50°S during 1985, 1992, 1993, 1994, 2004. 1985 1994 were recorded the ATMOS (Atmospheric Trace MOlecule Spectroscopy) instrument at 0.01 cm −1 in 2004 by Atmospheric Chemistry Experiment (ACE) 0.02 resolution. Stratospheric volume mixing ratios,...

Autonomous driving has become the focus of research and development in recent years. However, capability precise positioning obstacle avoidance for autonomous often rely on accurate dense point cloud images. In particular, environment metropolitan area is relatively complex there are many viaducts expressways modern cities. The spatial features obtained from flat roads no longer sufficient. If we can obtain higher buildings or landforms, a better information security be provided when...
