Hydrogen is a potential alternative reducing agent, which can greatly reduce CO2 emission in the ironmaking process of vanadium titanomagnetite. This paper investigated reaction and kinetic characteristics hydrogen reduction both untreated preoxidized titanomagnetite using thermogravimetric analyzer (TG). The effects different preoxidation temperatures (Toxi = 500 °C, Toxi 700 900 °C) on were compared at temperature 1000 °C. It was found that degree rate low-temperature °C are higher than...

The effects of synthesized silver nanoparticles on electrospun PHBV ultrafine fibers were studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), differential calorimetry (DSC), and thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA). Addition increased from 0.1% to 2.0%, the sooth fiber with an average diameter about 2 μm formed a non-woven mat was obtained. DSC showed efficient heterogeneous nucleation for facilitating crystallization. The stability PHBV/Ag improved increase in content nanoparticles.

The effect of the iPP content on crystallisation, dynamic mechanical relaxation behavior and properties for high density polyethylene/isotactic polypropylene (HDPE/iPP) was investigated. It found that crystallinity HDPE decreased while increased with increase content. Two relaxations, namely, γ associated amorphous phase α at positive temperature related to crystalline were detected, respectively. HDPE/iPP blending monofilaments shifted a higher remained unaffected raising component....

The effect of deflector curvature on hydrodynamic performances a double-slotted cambered otter-board was investigated using engineering models in wind tunnel. Four different (0.06,0.09, 0.12 and 0.15) were evaluated at speed 28 m/s. Parameters measured included: drag coefficient C x , lift y pitch moment m center pressure p over range angle attack (0° to 70°). These coefficients used analyzing the differences performance among four models. Results showed that maximum model with (0.06) two...

The effect of deflector angle on hydrodynamic performances a double-slotted cambered otter-board is investigated using engineering models in wind tunnel. Three different combinations (35°-30°, 30°-25°and 25°-20°) are evaluated at speed 28 m/s. Parameters measured included: drag coefficient Cx, lift Cy, pitch moment Cm, center pressure Cp, over range attack (0° to 70°). These coefficients used analyzing the differences performance among three models. Results shows that maximum Cy model with...

Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) and graphene (GR) was melt compounded by reactive extrusion. Nanocomposite monofilaments were prepared spinning through a co-rotating screw extruder drawing at hot water. GR/UHMWPE nanocomposite ropes twisted using monofilaments. A structure mechanical properties of the its had been characterized scanning electron microscopy (SEM), test. Results showed that surface became rougher with introducing GR nanosheets, which could be related to...

The tensile mechanical properties of polyethylene/silica (PE/SiO 2 ) composite fiber and three-strand PE/SiO ropes were investigated. It was found that the SiO content had a significant effect on fiber. breaking force fishing rope with diameter 8 mm 15.8 kN. Compared to common synthetic same diameter, higher less elongation. On premise maintain force, could be replaced by in area, linear density, elongation at break, netting gear resistance using decreased. Therefore, an efficient method...
