Abstract. The accurate estimation of soil organic carbon (SOC) storage and determination its pattern-controlling factors is critical to understanding the ecosystem cycle ensuring ecological security. Sanjiang Plain, an important grain production base in China, typical ecosystems, yet SOC pattern has not been fully investigated because insufficient investigation. In this study, 419 samples obtained 2012 for each three depth ranges 0–30, 30–60, 60–100 cm a geostatistical method are used...

Soil salinization is a significant global threat to sustainable agricultural development, with soil salinity serving as crucial indicator for evaluating salinization. Remote sensing technology enables large-scale inversion of salinity, facilitating the monitoring and assessment levels, thus supporting prevention management This study employs multi-source remote data, selecting 8 radar polarization combinations, 10 spectral indices, 3 topographic factors form feature variable dataset. By...

As the contradiction between vegetation growth and soil moisture (SM) demand in arid zones gradually expands, accurately obtaining SM data is crucial for ecological construction. Remote sensing products limit small-scale studies due to low resolution, emergence of downscaling solves this problem. This study proposes an improved semi-physical method. The effects environmental factors on different geographical (Windy Sand Hills, Flood Plains, Loess Yuan, Hilly Loess, Earth-rock Hills Rocky...

Soil moisture (SM) is crucial for agricultural production and ecological restoration, high-resolution SM data can be efficiently acquired through downscaling remote sensing products. Although deep learning widely used downscaling, its mechanisms often lack interpretability. In this study, a model based on the architecture of Kolmogorov–Arnold Network (KAN) was constructed using multi-source to generate at 500 m resolution in Tibetan Plateau. addition, interpretability effectively improved by...

Objectives: The aim of this study was to investigate the effects acorn diets on composition fatty acid (FA) and intramuscular fat (IMF) content in Yuxi black pigs. Methods: Ninety pigs with similar body weight (99.60 ± 2.32 kg) were randomly divided into five groups. control group fed a basal diet, AD20, AD30, AD40, AD50 groups experimental which contained 20%, 30%, 40%, 50% acorns, respectively. feeding experiment lasted for 120 days. Results: results showed that compared group, SFA...

Abstract Long non-coding RNA is an endogenous that has currently been proved to be important player in cancer cell biology. In the present study, we investigated biological role of PHACTR2-AS1 tongue squamous carcinoma (TSCC). was preferentially localized cytoplasm, and notably upregulated TSCC tissues. High correlated with tumour differentiation, metastatic clinical features, relapse shortened survival time. Depletion did not affect viability colony formation ability, whereas substantially...

Abstract Mitigation of climate change depends on accurate estimation and mapping terrestrial carbon stocks, particularly in dense tropical forests. Allometric equations can be used to robustly estimate biomass trees, but often require tree height, which is frequently unknown. Researchers practitioners must, therefore, decide whether directly measure a subset heights develop diameter : height ( D H ) or rely previously published generic equations. To date, studies comparing the two approaches...

Abstract Kirsten rat sarcoma virus (KRAS) gene mutation is common in colorectal cancer (CRC) and often predictive of treatment failure poor prognosis. To understand the mechanism, we compared transcriptome CRC patients with wild‐type mutant KRAS found that associated overexpression a secreted serine protease, kallikrein‐related peptidase 10 (KLK10). Moreover, using vitro vivo models, KLK10 favors rapid growth liver metastasis can also impair efficacy inhibitors, leading to drug resistance...

Self-assembled InAs quantum dots (QDs) with differing deposition thicknesses covered by InxAl1−xAs (x = 0.2, 0.3) and In0.2Ga0.8As combination strain-reducing layers (CSRLs) were grown molecular beam epitaxy. Their structural optical properties investigated atomic force microscopy photoluminescence spectroscopy, respectively. The emission peak position of QDs capped CSRL can reach 1.34 µm at room temperature a relatively larger energy splitting 93 meV between the ground first excited states.

We have studied the effect of molecular beam epitaxy growth conditions on surface morphology strained InAs∕GaAs(331)A films. Our results reveal that InAs nanowires aligned along [11¯0] direction are formed under As-rich conditions, which is explained by anisotropic buffer layer roughing. Under In-rich however, layers characterized a feature island-pit pairs. In this case, cooperative nucleation islands and pits can lower activation barrier for domain growth. These suggest highly controllable.
