We introduce StarfishDB, a query execution engine optimized for relational probabilistic programming. Our adopts the model of Gamma Probabilistic Databases, representing programs as collection constraints, imposed against generative stochastic process. extend with support recursion, factorization and ability to leverage just-in-time compilation techniques speed up inference. test our state-of-the-art sampler Latent Dirichlet Allocation.
