Euclidean AdS wormholes provide a natural setup for studying the AdS/CFT correspondence with multiple boundaries. However, from bottom-up perspective, they cannot be embedded in four-dimensional Einstein-AdS-Maxwell theory if these boundaries have positive curvature. Nevertheless, Maldacena and Maoz showed that this obstruction could circumvented by introducing merons Einstein-AdS-Yang-Mills theory. In work, we show Euclidean-AdS also exist Einstein-AdS-Skyrme theory, whose matter sector...

Euclidean anti–de Sitter (AdS) wormholes provide a natural setup for studying the Sitter/conformal field theory (AdS/CFT) correspondence with multiple boundaries. The fractal structure of SiO2-ZrO2 mixed aerogel prepared for catalytic purpose is investigated using morphological statistical methods, small angle X-ray scattering and N2 adsorption-desorption measurements. These three methods provide a description the over several decades. We have shown that if aerogels are correctly synthesized they may present hierarchical not very different from pure silica aerogels.
