Spinocerebellar ataxia type 3 (SCA3) is an inherited movement disorder characterized by a progressive decline in motor coordination. Despite the extensive functional connectivity (FC) alterations reported previous SCA3 studies cerebellum and cerebellar-cerebral pathways, influence of these FC disturbances on hierarchical organization cerebellar regions remains unclear. Here, we compared 35 patients with 48 age- sex-matched healthy controls using combination voxel-based morphometry...
Spinocerebellar ataxia type 3 (SCA3) is a neurodegenerative disorder characterized by progressive motor and nonmotor deficits concomitant with degenerative pathophysiological changes within the cerebellum. The cerebellum topographically organized into cerebello-cerebral circuits that create distinct functional networks regulating movement, cognition, affect. SCA3-associated symptoms are possibly related not only to intracerebellar but also disruption of connectivity these circuits. However,...
Interleukin-2 (IL-2) was found to have an analgesic effect in both central and peripheral nervous systems. This is related opioid receptors mediated mainly by IL-2 directly binding receptors. Using radioimmunoassay, the content of Leu-enkephalin (LEK) some nuclei were measured at intervals after injection into lateral ventricle rats. Levels LEK increased paraventricular hypothalamic nucleus (PVN) locus ceruleus (LOC) admistration, suggesting that also change PVN LOC induced administration.
Overweight people have been revealed to poor cognitive flexibility. Cognitive flexibility reflects proactive and reactive control abilities. However, the impairment had not explicitly positioned at stage. Therefore, this study provides increased support for of due overweight. The included 34 overweight 35 normal-weight participants. They were required complete food flower target AX-continuous performance test (AX-CPT), including resting-state fMRI cue-triggered craving subscales. We compared...
Interleukin (IL)-2 is not only an immunoregulatory factor, but also analgesic molecule. There are distinct domains of immune and functions in the IL-2 The domain located around 45th Tyr residue human tertiary structure. Antiopioid (β-endorphin, Leu-enkephalin, Met-enkephalin dynorphin A1–13) sera partially neutralized activity IL-2. Monoclonal antibody against receptor α subunit (Tac) could block existed cross-reactivity between antiopioid by indirect ELISA. These studies show strong...
Reactive aggression is an aggressive response to a perceived threat or provocation. It has detrimental effects on individuals and society. Rejection sensitivity, disposition that one tends anxiously expect, readily perceive, intensely react social rejection, been associated with reactive aggression. Considering the mechanism underlying this link remains unclear, study explores mediating role of loneliness maladaptive coping. Participants included 1104 early adults between ages 17–23 ( M age...
Abstract Trait hope focuses on individual goal‐related thoughts and is assumed to be a critical indicator for one's mental health. However, the neurobiological basis of neurological mechanisms underlying relationship between positive coping style (PCS) (including two dimensions pathway thinking agency thinking) are still largely unknown. Thus, this study explored neural trait by correlating regional amplitude low‐frequency fluctuations (ALFF) resting‐state functional connectivity (RSFC) with...
Widespread overeating has been found during the 2019 coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. The present study investigated whether pre-pandemic restrained eating (RE) predicted pandemic, and further explored behavioral (mortality threat, negative affect) mechanisms underlying this association. An eight-month longitudinal survey was conducted with a large sample of 616 undergraduates from Southwest university. From September to April 2020, three measurements were conducted. RE tested before...

In this study, research was described to make better use of lighting design techniques and color light display the unique charm historic buildings in Dalian, bring pleasant psychological feelings people, has been focus attention field engineering design. paper, typical architectural samples are obtained through test buildings. Three sources chosen for simulation experiments landscape lighting. The measured simulated reconstructed different methods subjective emotional response 12 effects...
This research mainly studies how do gender stereotypes play out in people's lives and people will subconscious through events type to determine the of one person. The study was conducted a survey (N =89) that asked participants comment on paragraph containing gender-specific inferring perception subject's by finding personal pronouns they used answers.A statistical difference is find results, tend habitually use "he" when it not gender-specific.For with stereotype, are more likely identify...
