Abstract The SciAccess Initiative (“SciAccess”) is dedicated to advancing disability inclusion and diversity in STEM education, outreach, research. In this paper, the authors present an overview of accessible programs run by Initiative, including annual conference, international working group, space science mentorship program for blind youth. Recommendations creating networking events, both virtually in-person, are detailed so that these inclusion-focused efforts may be replicated others.
