Abstract This study was designed to explore the effects of exosomal miR‐421 secreted by cancer‐associated fibroblasts (CAFs) on pancreatic cancer (PC) progression and mechanisms involved. CAFs exosomes (exos) were isolated identified. PC cells treated with CAF‐derived exos (CAF‐exos). Western blotting quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) used measure miR‐421, sirtuin‐3 (SIRT3), hypoxia duciblefactors‐1 alpha (HIF‐1α) levels. Cell counting kit‐8 (CCK‐8), wound‐healing, transwell...
Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is a type of liver cancer that originates from cells. It one the most common types and leading cause cancer-related death worldwide. Early detection treatment can improve HCC prognosis. Therefore, it necessary to further markers risk stratification. PANoptosome cytoplasmic polymer protein complex regulates proinflammatory programmed cell pathway called "PANoptosis". The role PANoptosis in remains unclear. In this study, molecular changes related genes (PAN-RGs)...
Local delivery of therapeutic drugs into the inner ear is a promising therapy for diseases. Injection through semicircular canals (canalostomy) has been shown to be useful approach local drug ear. The goal this article describe, in detail, surgical techniques involved canalostomy both adult and neonatal mice. As indicated by fast-green dye adeno-associated virus serotype 8 with green fluorescent protein gene, facilitated broad distribution injected reagents cochlea vestibular end-organs...
Abstract Solid‐state electrolytes have good mechanical and thermal stability to meet the safety performance of advanced lithium‐based rechargeable battery technologies. However, drawbacks such as high interfacial impedance low ionic conductivity solid‐state polymer at room temperature are current demanding challenges that need be addressed. Here, we report hybrid composite electrolyte is composed a chitosan soaked with slightly liquid electrolyte. The has about 6.8×10 −4 S cm −1 outstanding...
The semicrystalline microstructures of donor–acceptor conjugated polymers strongly impact their optoelectronic properties. control the microstructure relies on understandings crystallization processes in these polymers, from packing structures to kinetics. How fast polymer chains crystallize and how chemical pre-existing history influence have so far remained unclear, due rate caused by chain rigid strong interactions. Here, ultrafast scanning calorimetry (FSC) is employed reveal behaviors...
Abstract Background Malignant pheochromocytoma/paraganglioma (PCPG) is lethal and difficult to diagnose before metastasis. This study aiming characterize the PCPG explore novel prognostic markers. Methods Clinical data of patients with pathologically confirmed invasive noninvasive were collected analyzed. Then, differentially expressed genes (DEGs) HUB identified by R package “limma” in GSE67066‐GPL570. Afterward, markers screened out using packages “survival” “survminer” based on TCGA data....
Impairments of the inner ear result in sensorineural hearing loss and vestibular dysfunction humans. A large proportion these disorders are congenital, involve both auditory systems. Therefore, genetic interventions to correct deficits must be administered during early developmental stages. In this study, we evaluated gene transfer neonatal mice by canalostomy using an adeno-associated virus serotype 8 (AAV8) vector. AAV8 with green fluorescence protein (GFP) was inoculated into through...
The conformational evolution of a conjugated polymer from amorphous to (poly)crystalline is crucial for achieving charge transport in flexible electronic devices. However, the molecular ordering process between these two states not yet well understood poly[2,5-bis(3-hexadecylthiophen-2-yl)thieno[3,2-b]thiophene] (PBTTT). To gain insight into this process, we used combination resonance Raman spectroscopy and fast scanning calorimetry (FSC) real time investigate morphology-dependent...
Complement C1q Like 1 (C1QL1), a secreted component of C1Q-related protein, is known to play an important role in synaptic maturation, regulation, and maintenance the central nervous system. C1ql1 expressed adult cochlear inner outer hair cells (IHCs OHCs) with preferential expression OHCs. We generated null mice examine C1QL1 auditory periphery. -null exhibited progressive hearing loss elevated thresholds brainstem response distortion product otoacoustic emission. Confocal microscopy showed...
To examine whether exposure to sodium salicylate disrupts expression of vesicular glutamate transporter 3 (VGLUT3) and the alteration in corresponds increased risk for tinnitus. Rats were treated with saline (control) or (treated) examined tinnitus by monitoring gap-pre-pulse inhibition acoustic startle reflex (GPIAS). Auditory brainstem response (ABR) was applied evaluate hearing function after treatment. sacrificed injection obtain cochlea, cochlear nucleus (CN), inferior colliculus (IC)...
Abstract Pancreatic cancer (PC) is a common malignant characterized by high mortality and poor prognosis. LINC00690 was involved in the occurrence progression of PC, but underlying mechanisms require further investigation. The goal this study to figure out how LINC00960 mediates glycolysis PC. , miR‐326‐3p Tuftelin 1 (TUFT1) expression levels were detected PC cell lines. TUFT1 increased cells when compared with normal pancreatic cells, whereas decreased. affected inhibition inhibited tumor...
A series of novel 8-methoxyquinoline-2-carboxamide compounds containing 1,3,4-thiadiazole moiety was designed and synthesized by using an active substructure combination method. Then, the antibacterial activities all target were evaluated in vitro against three Gram-positive bacteria Gram-negative bacteria. The assay showed that some displayed moderate to good efficacy comparison with reference drug Chloromycin. Some interesting results structure-activity relationships also discussed.
Noise-induced hidden hearing loss (NIHHL), one of the family conditions described as noise-induced (NIHL), is characterized by synaptopathy following moderate noise exposure that causes only temporary threshold elevation. Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) mediate several essential regulatory functions in a wide range biological processes and diseases, but their roles NIHHL remain largely unknown. In order to determine potential these lncRNAs pathogenesis NIHHL, we first evaluated expression mice...
Tinnitus is a common auditory disease worldwide; it estimated that more than 10% of all individuals experience this hearing disorder during their lifetime. sometimes accompanied by loss. However, loss not acquired in some other tinnitus generations. In study, we injected adult rats with salicylate sodium (SS) (200 mg/kg/day for 10 days) and found no significant threshold changes at 2, 4, 8, 12, 14, 16, 20, or 24 kHz (all p > 0.05). was confirmed the treated via Behaviour Testing Acoustic...
