Oxygenic photogranules have received increasing interest due to their ability treat wastewater without aeration and recover wastewater's chemical energy solar energy. It has been reported that these can be produced under both hydrostatic hydrodynamic conditions, enrichment of filamentous cyanobacteria is required for this photogranulation occur. Despite the critical role extracellular polymeric substances (EPS) play in granulation, EPS yet virtually unknown. Here, we present fate dynamics...
The E.S.R. line shape of the iminoxyl radical in viscous liquids was investigated at several temperatures. results are interpreted by theoretical calculation an arbitrary value using a diffusion model for motion molecules.
The E.S.R. spectra of 15N iminoxyl radicals induced by molecular reorientation are computed. rotational brownian diffusion and the jump models treated. calculation method is valid for all correlation times τ. Marked differences in lineshapes observed range τ > 5 × 10-9 sec. These found to be more pronounced than 14N radical. It inferred from comparison computed experimental that model preferable description radical reorientations at slow motions.
Historical use of organochlorine pesticides (OCPs) in the Republic Moldova could pose a potential risk for aquatic environment due to persistence, bioaccumulation and toxic properties these environmental pollutants. However, knowledge on concentrations legacy OCPs is limited. In this study, surface sediment from two main rivers; Dniester (8 sites, n = 15) Prut (6 12), tributary Bîc (11 11) Răut 6), were collected during 2017–2018 analyzed hexachlorocyclohexanes (HCHs),...
The current integration state of ITER Equatorial Port #11 (EP#11) is described. This port the first plasma and thus phase close to final stage. new modular design neutron shielding implemented in Diagnostic modules' (DSM) construction achieve maximum efficiency within weight restrictions keeping fully operable tenant diagnostics systems. same approach was applied Interspace structure frame allow safe hand-on maintenance near highly activated components. iteration engineering calculations,...
Rather general mean field theory of heteropolymer liquids developed earlier reduces the problem phase diagram construction to determination extremals free energy functional. These should be subsequently analyzed for their local and global stability. Tackling this traditionally involves examination behavior solutions a set nonlinear algebraic partial differential equations at various values control parameters. Besides, necessity arises here construct in space these parameters lines where...
