Brunner's gland hyperplasia or Brunneroma is a rare benign proliferative lesion of the small intestine. It often incidentally discovered during endoscopy imaging studies. The endoscopic presentation can be nodular, polypoid, diffuse glandular proliferation with thickening duodenal wall, which mistaken for malignant neoplasia. rarely causes gastrointestinal bleeding. Is presented case 25-year-old man who melena and anemia secondary to hyperplasia.
Bile is normally sterile, but in the presence of biliary pathology, a significant number various bacteria may be found tract. In our studies, gram-negative bacilli, especially Escherichia coli and Klebsiella spp. were most frequent isolates; microorganisms isolated blood cultures show similar distribution to that cultures.
