Based on the pixellated CdZnTe detector, radiation imaging experiment for Rh target X-ray source is accomplished. The experimental results indicate that response signals of anode pixels, which distribute over center irradiated area, are completely shut-off when tube voltage 45 kV and current increases to 20 µA.
