This paper contains data and results from Density Functional Theory (DFT) investigation of 423 distinct X2YZ ternary full Heusler alloys, where X Y represent elements the D-block periodic table Z signifies element main group. The study encompasses both "regular" "inverse" phases these alloys for a total 846 potential materials. For each specific alloy phase, range information is provided including energy, formation lattice constant, site-specific magnetic moments, spin polarization as well...
Excitations in spatially indirect transitions feature such as excitons type-II heterostructures or charge-transfer excitations molecular crystals a permanent dipole moment which influences the transition moments commonly probed by optical spectroscopy. Epitaxially grown III-V quantum featuring suitable band alignments are ideal model systems to study interplay between two. Selected topics discussed include AC Stark effect and signatures of coherent biexciton states well potential for current...
