Abstract This article explores the impact of teacher attitudes on provision Special Educational Needs (SEN) and increasing trend segregated educational settings. It introduces concept Dysconscious ableism to analyse how implicit biases perceptions shape processes for children with SEN. By reflecting upon perspectives across different national contexts, this aims highlight role in reinforcing exclusionary practices or promoting inclusive education.
