This study aimed to see if rifampicin susceptibility can be determined on repeat sampling in pulmonary tuberculosis with a trace call the first GeneXpert Ultra report. retrospective cohort included adults respiratory sample from January 2021 June 2024. Of 27 patients done after initial call, could 37% (n=10) of patients. Repeating testing an is valuable for determining susceptibility.
