Dog ear deformities in wound closure can lead to cosmetic concerns and discomfort for patients, particularly when there is unequal length, resulting lying half cone-type dog ears. Managing these involves aligning the longer side with shorter without extending wound. The Songket suture technique, implemented a two-stage process, has shown effectiveness addressing this issue, especially patients undergoing modified radical mastectomy crescent incision that we have presented.
