Peripheral nodal B-cell lymphomas (PNBCL) represent the most common presentation of in dogs. Multiagent CHOP (C = cyclophosphamide, H hydroxydaunorubicin [Doxorubicin], O Oncovin, P prednisolone)-based chemotherapy protocols have been widely accepted as gold standard 1st-line treatment. CHOP-25 and CHOP-19 are commonly prescribed but never directly compared.
Abstract A 7‐year‐old, female, neutered Border collie was referred for investigation of increased liver enzymes, accompanied by mild non‐specific clinical signs. Investigations subsequently revealed the presence chronic pyogranulomatous hepatitis, copper accumulation and multiplying Leptospira spp. in tissue.
