Soil salinization is one of the main factors contributing to land degradation, affecting ecological equilibrium, environmental health, and sustainable development agriculture. Due spatial temporal heterogeneity soil properties conditions in a large-scale region, monitoring accuracy can be challenging. This study investigated whether classification diverse crop types on time series improve prediction regional salinity levels. Specifically, we evaluated changes salt content (SSC) under...

Accurately obtaining the multi-year spatial distribution information of crops combined with corresponding agricultural production data is great significance to optimal management in future. However, there are still some problems, such as low generality crop type mapping models and susceptibility cloud pollution large-area mapping. Here, were constructed by using multi-phase images at key periods improve model generality. Multi-phase masked each other obtain cloud-free images, which general...

We present the first catalog of fast radio burst (FRB) host galaxies from CHIME/FRB Outriggers, selected uniformly in and optical by localizing 81 new bursts to 2'' x ~60'' accuracy using CHIME KKO Outrigger, located 66 km CHIME. Of localized bursts, we use Probabilistic Association Transients their Hosts (PATH) algorithm securely identify 21 FRB galaxies, compile spectroscopic redshifts for 19 systems, 15 which are newly obtained via observations. We present a comprehensive catalog of observations and stellar population properties for 23 highly secure host galaxies fast radio bursts (FRBs). Our sample comprises six repeating FRBs 17 apparent non-repeaters. 82 new photometric eight spectroscopic these hosts. Using synthesis modeling employing non-parametric star formation histories (SFHs), we find that FRB hosts have median mass $\approx 10^{9.9}\,M_{\odot}$, mass-weighted age 5.1$ Gyr, ongoing rate 1.3\,M_{\odot}$ yr$^{-1}$ but span...

Stock price prediction has long been a topic of interest in academia and the financial industry. Numerous factors influence stock prices, such as company’s performance, industry development, national policies, other macroeconomic factors. These are challenging to quantify, making predicting movements difficult. This paper presents novel deep neural network framework that leverages dynamic fusion multi-dimensional multi-level features for prediction, which means we utilize fundamental trading...

The matrix-based Rényi's entropy allows us to directly quantify information measures from given data, without explicit estimation of the underlying probability distribution. This intriguing property makes it widely applied in statistical inference and machine learning tasks. However, this theoretical quantity is not robust against noise computationally prohibitive large-scale applications. To address these issues, we propose a novel measure information, termed low-rank entropy, based on...

In this paper, we consider a non-degenerate CR manifold (M,H(M),J) with given pseudo-Hermitian 1-form {\theta}, and endow the distribution H(M) any Hermitian metric h instead of Levi form L_{{\theta}}. This induces natural Riemannian g_{h,{\theta}} on M compatible structure. The synthetic object (M,{\theta},J,h) will be called manifold, which generalizes usual notion (M,{\theta},J,L_{{\theta}}) in literature.
