Water-soluble DNA cross-linking phenol and biphenol derivatives 3 6 have been synthesized by a Mannich reaction. Both of them can cross-link photoactivation using visible light (wavelength > 400 nm). Compound at pH 5.0 7.7, whereas no was observed 10.0. Density functional theory (DFT) calculation indicated that displays twist structure. Therefore, it could bind to naturally has potent property after photoactivation.

Continuous monitoring and closed-loop therapy of soft wound tissues is particular interest in biomedical research clinical practices. An important focus on the development implantable bioelectronics that can measure time-dependent temperature distribution related to localized inflammation over large areas offer situ treatment. Existing approaches such as thermometers/thermocouples provide limited spatial resolution, inapplicable a wearable/implantable format. Here, we report conformal,...

Abstract A series of amphiphilic diblock copolypeptides (ADCs), 5‐(4‐aminophenyl)‐10,15,20‐triphenyl‐porphyrin (APP) conjugated poly( L ‐leucine)‐ block ‐polylysine (APP‐L n K m ) with different molar ratios ‐leucine unit and lysine were designed synthesized. The optimized composition the polypeptide was determined to be APP‐L 109 186 , which has high fluorescence quantum yield could self‐assemble into micelles in an aqueous medium mean particle size <30 nm. vitro study indicates that...
