Mn-Zn ferrites doped with different Sm2O3, Gd2O3, Ce2O3 or Y2O3 were prepared by traditional ceramic technology using industrial pre-sintered powders. A small amount of can significantly improve the microstructure and magnetic properties. The single spinel phase structure be maintained doping up to 0.07 wt.%. refined grain uniform size distribution obtained doping. For all rare earth oxides, a increase permeability reduce coercivity core loss. optimized for Sm2O3 Gd2O3 is 0.01 wt.%, while...
ABSTRACT The flame‐retardant and flexural mechanical properties for the polypropylene (PP) composites filled with intumescent flame retardant (IFR) were measured. It was found that limited oxygen index increased roughly linearly, whereas horizontal combustibility rate decreased increasing theIFR weight fraction; when IFR fraction more than 10%, smoke density rank modulus strength lower 20% then values of reached to maximum at 10%. Moreover, higher unfilled PP resin.
