Sidewall defects play a key role in determining the efficiency of GaN-based micro-light emitting diodes (LEDs) for next generation display applications, but there still lacks direct observation defects-related recombination at affected area. In this Letter, we proposed technique to investigate mechanism and size effect sidewall GaN blue micro-LEDs. The results show that mesa etching will produce stress release near sidewall, which can reduce quantum confinement Stark (QCSE) improve radiative...
Temperature-dependent electroluminescence (TDEL) measurements have been employed to investigate the carrier transport and recombination processes of InGaN red micro-LED based on dual-wavelength InGaN/GaN MQWs structure. EL peak energy both show temperature dependence, due temperature-induced changes in defect activation. In addition, current density at which blue low-In-content appears spectrum varies with temperature. As increases, low component tends appear higher densities, may be...
This paper presents an approach to the design of a novel dual-band power divider with variable dividing ratio. In matching structure, two parallel open circuit stubs can be used in input port, which are introduced reduce return loss and improve characteristics. isolation transmission lines single resistor applied, values adjusted according center frequency this proposed divider, ideal all ports, equal splitting between output ports achieved. Closed-form equations one electrical length...
As one of the most important radio communication scenarios in vertical industry, high‐speed railway (HSR) station is facing challenge coverage optimization due to its complex structure. Regarding wireless network planning and HSR stations as a part customized network, this paper makes an analysis on 5G‐R channel scenario. Channel characteristics, including path loss, power ratio (PR), angular spread (AS), are extracted basis ray tracing (RT). Multipath components can also be distinguished...
The unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) are communication nodes on high altitude platform station for connecting terrestrial and non-terrestrial network. It is essential to establish a reliable connection between the UAV devices. To inspect characteristics of different networks, we construct scenario where high-speed train traveling along tracks conduct channel modeling Air-to-Ground (A2G) Terrestrial using ray tracing method. In this paper, differences such as path loss, shadow fading, delay...
Abstract Red-green-blue (RGB) micro light-emitting diodes (micro-LEDs) without distributed Bragg reflector (DBR), with air-separating DBR, and integrated were demonstrated. The effect of the DBRs as reflectors on external quantum efficiency (EQE) electroluminescence (EL) spectra enhancement RGB micro-LEDs was systematically investigated for realizing higher-performance display applications. At 5 A/cm 2 , EQEs DBR improved by 38%, 33%, 32%, respectively, comparison to free micro-LEDs....
The integrated communication and sensing (ISAC) system is playing an increasingly important role in information interaction environmental perception of smart home.In order to effectively evaluate the performance ISAC devices, it critical understand wireless channel characteristics. In this paper, human fall motion at 4.9 GHz living room scenario measured.A slice model proposed characterize process.Based on measured data, electromagnetic (EM) parameters materials are calibrated.Using...
