Abstract In this study, the cold-rolled Al 0.3 CoCrFeNi high entropy alloys were heat treated at 900°C for 30min and 1050°C 20min, respectively, to investigate effect of treatment on microstructure alloy. The results showed that grain refinement occurred in 900°C/30min annealed sample, while remarkable equiaxial grains twins appeared 1050°C/20min sample. hardness samples a decrease trend following: as-rolled which can be attributed dislocation elimination caused by recovery recrystallization.
