Abstract Ferroelectric thin films are playing a growing role as key elements in variety of devices. For various techniques ferroelectric film preparation, the sol-gel processing is one most promising. In comparison with different deposition techniques, we survey intrinsic advantages and recent improvements processing. this review paper, several interesting topics, including epitaxial growth grain-orientation, symmetric asymmetric P-E hysteresis loops, heterojunction effect interface between...

Land and energy play key roles in coal-based cities where the extensive exploitation use of coal resources have resulted resource abuse serious pollution. Here, we used substance flow analysis integrated nexus theory to establish a new model for life-cycle embedded with land–energy nexus. The includes mining, processing, product utilization, waste disposal. Then firstly apply analyze land consumption Huainan City which is typical city China from 1990–2020. results show that unit decreases...

Transparent ferroelectric strontium barium niobate (SBN) thin films were made on fused silica, silicon, and GaAs substrates by the sol-gel process. The microstructure of these was studied. Preferentially oriented SBN silica can be obtained applying a dc electric field during heat treatment. A heterojunction effect further confirmed demonstration photocurrent. optical, pyroelectric, ferroelectric, electro-optic properties measured. An optical refractive index 2.31 effective linear...

Abstract Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) are widely utilized as conductive fillers due to their high conductivity, lightweight, and ease of modification. However, poor dispersion limits otherwise excellent performance. In this study, we successfully prepared a toughness, strong electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding hydrogel by blending polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) with multi‐walled carbon (MWCNTs) modified anionic surfactant sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate (SDBS) (3‐aminopropyl) triethoxysilane...

Several ferroelectric thin films with n-type or p-type conductivity, including undoped and doped lead zirconate titanate, barium strontium niobate, potassium as well were made on silicon single-crystal substrates by the sol-gel process. Self-biased heterojunction effects observed in both p-ferroelectric film n-silicon n-ferroelectric p-silicon measurement of current-voltage characteristics. It has been that either p-n junction n-p ferroelectric-semiconductor systems behave like a rectifying...
