Combining tandem cascades and curved vanes can mitigate the separation in highly loaded compressor cascades. Flow loss mechanisms are crucial for fundamental design optimization. This study investigates flow losses vortex structures with different angles an original straight cascade. Numerical simulations conducted at variable incidence angles. The results indicate no consistent effect of on aerodynamic performance cascade a angle 5° effectively reduces all angles, while 15° extends critical...

<title>Abstract</title> This paper presents a comprehensive framework for thermal-electrical-vibration coupling analysis and lightweight structure optimization of high power density flux-switching permanent magnet linear motors (FSPMLMs). A multi-physics finite element model integrating electromagnetic, thermal, structural fields is established to investigate the complex interactions between these domains under operation. The electromagnetic-thermal reveals nonlinear temperature rise...

The study of the in situ stress field is significant for stability large underground caverns near deep V-shaped valleys. Tectonic movements, gravity and river erosion have a great influence on formation modern field. With existing inversion method valleys, it assumed that current was formed an ancient time. results are derived by first calculating tectonic movements field, followed simulating through multistep excavation. Thus, process ignored. To solve this problem, optimized considering...

To improve the thermal uniformity of power battery packs for electric vehicles, three different cooling water cavities are researched in this study: series one-way flow corrugated flat tube structure (Model 1), two-way 2), and parallel sandwich 3). Based on fluid-solid coupling method, study analyzes performance models, including uniformity, heat dissipation, pressure loss. At a high discharge rate, compared with system, system makes average temperature maximum pack decrease by 26.2% 26.9%...

In order to improve hybrid electric vehicle’s energy efficiency, this paper did a research on the regenerative braking system of HEV. we proposed new parallel control strategy for HEV and analyzed its characteristics in details. Based theoretical analysis, developed controller certain HEV, built hardware-in-the-loop simulation test controller’s performance. We chose UDDS driving condition simulation, result shows that is effective reliable. The fulfills distributes force accurately. recovery...

Abstract A numerical investigation of shock-wave/boundary-layer interaction in a transonic compressor stator with different slot widths is presented the current work. The fluid boundary layer bled through suction into plenum to control separation. Three at inlet Mach number 1.0 are studied. Numerical results show that all sizes capable reducing total pressure loss coefficient. maximum amplitude decline 75.7% compared cascade without bleed. optimum bleed and corresponding mass terms...
