$\ensuremath{\beta}$-decay rates of $^{121--131}\mathrm{Cs}$ have been calculated in the framework neutron-proton interacting boson-fermion model (IBFM-2). For odd-$A$ nuclei, decay operator can be written a relatively simple form terms one-nucleon transfer operator.
