鼻出血是耳鼻咽喉科的常见急症之一，但鼻出血伴发急性期脑出血的高危情况较为少见。本文总结分析了2例就诊于北京朝阳医院的伴有急性期脑出血的鼻出血患者的病例资料，包括临床表现、实验室检查、影像学检查及治疗情况等。并结合国内外相关文献，总结了鼻出血患者并发急性脑出血的特点，提示耳鼻咽喉科医生对于有脑出血高风险的鼻出血患者做到早发现、早干预，避免延误治疗。.
