In this study, the electronic structures and magnetic elastic properties of Cr 2 FeZ (Z = Sb, As) Heusler alloys were investigated through density functional theory calculations, which uses generalized gradient approximation for exchange-correlation included in CASTEP software package. The results revealed that FeSb FeAs successfully formed stable Hg CuTi-type at finite temperatures....
SmB6, a topological Kondo insulator, possesses topologically protected surface states, in which carrier mobility is supposed to be high but significantly varied orders of magnitude dependent upon characterization methods. Herein, we performed magnetoresistance measurements on Hall-bar device constructed highly uniform SmB6 nanoribbon with (001) grown by chemical vapor deposition. Unusual non-linear Hall resistance was observed at low temperature and explained two-carrier model. The two types...
