The Xanthogranulomatous Cholecystitis (XGC) is frequently misdiagnosed as Gallbladder Carcinoma (GBC) and usually undergoes an extended radical surgery. Sometimes XGC might have a coexistent GBC. dilemma still exists concerning the differential diagnosis in clinical practice, final has to be dependent on histological examination.
