This report describes a boy in his early adolescence who was referred to urologist with large, painless right scrotal mass. Following thorough workup, the patient underwent surgical removal of mass, which revealed be paratesticular fibrous pseudotumour (PFP) on histopathological analysis. diagnosis is rare and can often prove difficult distinguish from malignant lesion within scrotum. We have conducted review current literature surrounding PFP compliment case discussion.
This case report describes a male in his late 40s with 4 cm pelvic mass compressing the left distal ureter, resulting hydroureteronephrosis. Biopsy of was suggestive solitary fibrous tumour. The patient underwent robotic-assisted laparoscopic excision mass. Intraoperatively, found to be densely adhered necessitating ureterectomy and ureteric reimplantation. Subsequent histopathological analysis revealed tumour no evidence malignancy.
