[Application Research of mDIXON-Quant Quantitative T2* Values and FF Values in Cervical Intervertebral Disc Degeneration].

ABSTRACT
To investigate the clinical value of MRI modified water-lipid separation technique (mDIXON-Quant) in terms T2* values and fat fraction (FF) for evaluating degree cervical intervertebral disc degeneration. A total 118 patients who underwent routine vertebra mDIXON-Quant examination Fuyang People's Hospital from March 2019 to January 2024 were collected. The C2/3 C6/7 discs FF upper lower vertebral bodies measured. Cervical degeneration was graded according Pfirrmann criteria. different compared with grades, correlation between values, grades analyzed by Spearman correlation.
