[Study on anti-hyperlipidemia effect of Linderae Radix via regulating reverse cholesterol transport].

ABSTRACT
This article aims to investigate the ameliorative effect of Linderae Radix ethanol extract on hyperlipidemia rats induced by high-fat diet and explore its possible mechanism from perspective reverse cholesterol transport(RCT). SD were divided into normal group, model atorvastatin extract(LREE) high, medium, low dose groups. Except for other groups fed with a establish rat models; group given pure water, while each administration was corresponding drugs gavage once day five weeks. Serum total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG), high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-c), lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-c), alanine aminotransferase(ALT), aspartate aminotransferase(AST) levels measured automatic blood biochemistry analyzer; contents TC, TG, bile acid(TBA) in liver TC TBA feces detected enzyme colorimetry. HE staining used observe tissue lesions; immunohistochemistry detect expression ATP-binding cassette G8(ABCG8) small intestine; Western blot peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma/aerfa(PPARγ/α), X receptor-α(LXRα), A1(ABCA1) pathway protein scavenger class B type Ⅰ(SR-BⅠ) liver. The results showed that LREE could effectively reduce serum TG levels, LDL-c AST activity, increase HDL-c but did not significant improve ALT activity index; lipid deposition inflammatory cell infiltration. In addition, also increased fecal TBA, up-regulated expressions ABCG8 intestine PPARγ/α, SR-BⅠ, LXRα, ABCA1 served as positive role diet, which might be related regulation RCT, promotion conversion acids, intestinal excretion acids. RCT potential against hyperlipidemia.
