ABSTRACT
Objective To determine the optimum dose of normal saline (NS) for preloading epidural space required to prevent injury blood vessel by catheter placement caesarean section. Methods Two hundred ASA Ⅰ or Ⅱ parturients with a single baby at full term in vertex presentation, aged 24-35 yr,weighing 63-78 kg,scheduled section under continuous anesthesia, were randomly divided into4 groups (n-50 each):control group (group Ⅰ),NS2 ml Ⅱ),NS5 Ⅲ)and NS 10 Ⅳ).The puncture was performed L2-3 interspace Tuohy needle attached 5 syringe.Loss resistance used identify space. In C no fluid injected into before insertion catheter, while Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ 2,5 were respectively. After test 3 1.5% lidocaine,0.75% ropivacaine 10-20 administered through catheter.MAP HR recorded (T0),at 20 min after end administration (T1.2),and surgery (T3).The number patients whom tinted withdrawn from recorded. The amount consumed upper level anesthesia measured pin-prick degree motor block assessed using modified Bromagc scale T2.Results The hemodynamic parameters range four groups.MAP significantly lower T2,the higher, and smaller than Ⅰ,Ⅱ Ⅲ (P < 0.05).There significant difference MAP among > 0.05).The fiom compared 0.05).Conclusion Preloading can occurrence induced influence on efficacy is dose.
