ABSTRACT
Objective
To explore on the impact of integrated HPV type 18 carcinogenesis esophageal squamous cancer cell line EC9706.
Methods
A E7 gene silencing sequence was induced into pSUPER.retro.neo+ gfp vector to down regulate viral mRNA in EC9706 lines. Real time PCR and Western Blot were employed detect related genes both protein level respectively these The viability also detected by proliferate property.
Results
The E6 regulated stable lines obtained. results showed that there a huge increase p27 which involved E7-cellular network. reduced expressed are factors enhance viability.
Conclusion
This study proved could be pathogenetic factor EC9706, promising established basis RNA therapeutic practice cancer.
