ABSTRACT
Objective To establish a method for preparing orthotropic transplantable hepatocellular carcinoma in mice. Methods According to the liver detailed anatomical structure of mouse, 50 μl mouse ascites containing 1×106 and 5×105 hematoma H22 cells was input 12 Kunming mice through percutaneous intraperitoneal injection by syringe, respectively, orthotopic model. The growth status observed, pathological changes tumor metastasis tissues were detected. formation analyzed. Results The rate 100% (12/12) direct 2 groups. inoculated started appear at 6th day, all produced 10th day. survival time (16.17±3.07) d (18.08±3.34) group group, respectively. Some emerged kidney, intestine, spleen mesenteric lymph nodes. Conclusion The could model mice, which can be used antitumor drug research.
