ABSTRACT
Objective To study the expression of cyclooxygenase-2,epithelial cadherin and vascular endothelial growth factor-c in colorectal cancer its significance. Methods Seventy-seven patients with were detected COX-2, E-ca nd VEGF-c by immunohistochemical SP method. Results COX-2 positive tissue was 24.7%; rate 68.8%; 84.4%. highly differentiated tissues significantly higher than poorly ones (P <0. 05); tubular adenocarcinoma mucous glands other types ( P < 0. 05 ); The Positive stage Ⅰ + Ⅱ Ⅲ Ⅳ 005). protein negatively correlated ). Conclusion Combined detection COX-2,VEGF-c is helpful to recognize occurrence, development tratment cancer.
