ABSTRACT
Objective To study the correlation of overweight, obesity and beta-fibrinogen(Fg) gene polymorphisms with fibrinogen functional expression such as plasma concentration molecular reactivity. Methods 939 subjects retired employees from Kailuan corporation were enrolled medical examination questionnaire survey.Subjects divided into normal weight group, overweight group, obese group based on body mass index.Blood biochemistry, plasma concentration, fibrin monomer polymerized velocity (FMPV),absorbance maximum (Amax) FMPV/Amax measured in all subjects. The at seven sites Fg β-chain detected by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism sequencing. Results The genotype allele frequencies not significantly different among three groups ( P > 0.05 ) ; In obese group,Fg concentration,FMPV,FMPV/Amax β-993 mutated higher than those wild < ),Amax βI6 β345 genotypes ).The incidence hypertention cerebralInfarction overweight that group( <0.05 ).In multiple stepwise regression analysis index dependent variable, hypertension, age cerebral infarction selected 0.01 ).Conclusion beta-fibrinogen do affect reactivity status.Obese individuals βI6,β-993 345 may have levels reactivity. Therefore, the latter status associates other thrombosis diseases.
